That's pretty cool even if I don't have fond memories of that particular bootloader![Mr. Green :mrgreen:]()
grub's original files are in /boot/grub/backup, I believe but the thing to do would be to reinstall grub. This will overwrite any changes grub-customizer made so it'd be a grand idea to back up your /boot/grub/grub.cfg first - then you could reboot to make sure everything works, replace grub.cfg with your backup and update-grub and you should be good.
