Graphical Environments & Desktops • screen flickering on stable with KDE when doing certain things like changing window decorations

I think, that information about system and graphics could be useful here (e.g. to find similar error, or try to find cause by try to change driver, kernel, etc.)
E.g.How exactly does it flicker? Does it blink to darker, brighter, or to empty/black, or does it seem to change low refresh rate?
How long (during opening mentioned windows only , until restart KDE session or until full reboot)?
