Hello,As you noted, version 3.x is not in either Debian Experimental or Debian Unstable.
Therefore, I do not expect a version update to 3.x in the short term.
You may ask to the package maintainer, any way.

This is the current state of the versions distributed by the Debian repositories:According to https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/arpwatch it's version is 2.1a15-8.1 (2006-07-28), however it's latest is 3.6 from the official https://ee.lbl.gov/downloads/arpwatch/ (2024-01-21) Wondering why such an old version has to be maintained and if it's planned for an upgrade soon.
