If you skim through the Debian manual/wiki, you might come across something called Preseeding:
Preseeding provides a way to set answers to questions asked during the installation process, without having to manually enter the answers while the installation is running. This makes it possible to fully automate most types of installation and even offers some features not available during normal installations.
That might be something to look into.

Using ChatGPT will likely pull in lots of content from content mills (you know, those sites that just copy from other sites and then pay to boost their SEO ranking on search engines?). This is because ChatGPT is not a search engine. It is an overhyped predictive text generator that can summarize lots of data. But, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) might have helped you here.

On Mojeek.com, you can create a Focus limited to the Debian wiki and this Forum, search for "pre-install username" and in less than a second:
To pre-install Debian with a specified username, you'll need to prepare a chroot environment. However, the contexts provided do not offer clear instructions on how to pre-install with a custom username. It is suggested to install Debian using network booting and preseeding file , but it does not explicitly mention custom username setup.
Now, how to create a preseed file with a username? I don't know.
