I could only get the card working again by downgrading the package linux-image-amd64 to 6.11.4 and swapping the linux-headers-6.12.9-amd64 package with linux-headers-6.11.4-amd64 using a Debian snapshot (and uninstalling the 6.12.9 versions so they did not appear in grub).I have the same problem – HDMI audio stopped working at or around the time Trixie switched to Linux 6.12.*. Did you figure out more since your last post here?
I haven't marked this as solved as it's not a solution to the original problem. I'd file a bug report but I don't know which version exactly broke it (the first few 6.12.x versions didn't even boot for me). I wish I could give you a more helpful solution but that's all I have.
